Refund & Return Policy
Overview
We keep things real — every Symba piece is made with care and checked before shipping. But if something goes wrong, we’ve got you.
We don’t offer returns — only exchanges in case of size issues, and refunds are approved only for damaged products with valid proof.
To qualify for a refund, you must record an unboxing video showing the product being opened from the sealed package. This helps us verify any damage claim.
Without a proper unboxing video, we won’t be able to process a refund.
All refund or exchange requests must be made within 5–7 business days of delivery.
Any request made after this period will not be entertained.
Refunds (Only for Damaged Products)
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please share the unboxing video and your order details with us at 📧 support@symbawear.in within 24 hours of delivery.
If the seal is broken or the package appears tampered, you must upload the video proof to our official email immediately.
Once verified, your refund or resolution will be provided within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method after verification.
If the product doesn’t meet refund conditions, we’ll notify you via email.
Exchange Policy (Size Issues)
We offer exchanges only for size-related issues.
The product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original packaging with tags intact
Email us at 📧 support@symbawear.in with your order number and required size to initiate the exchange.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending the item back for an exchange.
All exchange requests must be made within 5–7 business days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your item without tracking proof.
